How close are the colors on the Web pages?

Unfortunately, although we have tried to closely match the vibrant colors, various monitor settings and video cards alter the shades of colors on the computer screen. In particular, colors that are metallic or sparkling are difficult to reproduce accurately on a computer screen.

How secure is the transaction online?

At FaceChange.com, we endeavor to utilize the latest technology to ensure the safety of all transactions. The shopping cart uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to guard against unauthorized intruders.

Shipping

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48hrs on weekdays. Orders received on a weekend at typically shipped the following Monday. Please note that shipping times are from the date of dispatch, and not the date of order placement.

What is the 'normal' shipping method?

Standard shipping is by UPS ground. In general, orders take 3 to 4 days to be received after dispatch.

Where can orders be shipped to?

Currently, we only automatically process orders destined for the domestic U.S market. However, we do ship International orders, please contact us at customerservice@facechange.com for shipping rates.

Can orders be shipped to a P.O.Box?

Unfortunately, UPS does not accept to ship orders to a P.O.Box. A valid street address is required.

What happens if the items I want are not available?

On a few occasions, it is possible that items requested are unavailable, or on back order. In such a situation, we will ship the items that are available, and backorder the remaining items. You will not be charged additional shipping if the order is split.

What happens if something is missing from my order?

All orders are checked prior to shipping. If an item is missing when you receive the order, please notify us

Return policy

Can I return items?

We provide a general 15-day return policy on all items if you are not completely satisfied. Unfortunately, the techniques in books are neither refundable nor replaceable, and as such, books and guides are non-refundable. In case of a return, please contact us and obtain a Return Authorization number, prior to sending items. Please note, all items returned must be unused and in original packing. A restocking charge of 15% is applicable, and you are responsible for all shipping costs.
